Entrants must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum legal age to possess a firearm in their jurisdiction) and legally eligible to own and possess a firearm under applicable law. By entering, participants affirm that they are not prohibited persons under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g) or any other applicable firearm regulation.
Firearm Transfer Process
Winners must complete all required federal, state, and local background checks and paperwork through a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) before taking possession of any firearm. Prizes will not be shipped directly to winners. Instead, firearms will be transferred only through a verified FFL dealer of the winner’s choosing, subject to compliance with all legal requirements. Winners are responsible for any transfer fees, background check fees, and compliance with state-specific restrictions.
State & Local Restrictions
Certain firearms, magazines, or accessories may be prohibited in specific states or localities. If a prize is not legal in a winner’s jurisdiction, the winner must either (a) accept a lawful substitute of equal or lesser value (at the discretion of the sponsor), or (b) forfeit the prize without compensation. It is the sole responsibility of the participant to know and comply with the laws of their jurisdiction.
No Guarantee of Winning
Participation does not guarantee winning. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, modify, or suspend any giveaway at any time due to fraud, technical issues, or legal/regulatory concerns.
Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the website operators, sponsors, affiliates, and partners from any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or related to participation in the giveaway, possession or use of a prize, or failure to comply with applicable laws.
